Originally from Beverly, Massachusetts, Joseph also lived in Georgia for several years before starting his legal career in Jacksonville. A passionate Georgia Bulldogs fan, he approaches fall Saturdays with high expectations or irrational confidence. In his free time, he enjoys golf, poker, and applying his analytical skills to fantasy football, creating decision-tree algorithms in Microsoft Excel to optimize his drafts.

Joseph earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law, passing the Georgia Bar upon graduation, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University, where he graduated fourth in his class with a 3.96 GPA.
