Richard Nick Kelley received his B. S. Degree from Florida State University in 1976 and his Law Degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1979. He has worked as an attorney prosecuting in the Ninth Circuit for Orange and Osceola Counties, handling both misdemeanor and felony cases.

Richard Nick Kelley has been in private practice since 1982 and has represented all areas of criminal law. He is one of the few attorneys in all of central Florida certified to handle Death Penalty cases.

A former prosecutor, he has handled thousands of cases ranging from DUI and criminal traffic violations to capital murder involving the death penalty.
