Nick Plymale - Miami, FL

Associate Attorney Nick Plymale joined Gerson & Schwartz P.A. in April of 2024. Before working for Gerson & Schwartz P.A., Nick worked at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s office. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Nick attended the University of Cincinnati, where he obtained a B.A. in History. While at the University of Cincinnati, Nick was a member of the Mock Trial Team, competing in nationwide tournaments against top universities from across the United States.

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, Nick attended the University of Northern Kentucky Salmon P. Chase College of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate. While attending law school, Nick joined the coaching staff for his alma mater, the University of Cincinnati Mock Trial team, helping undergraduate students learn courtroom proceedings, practice litigation writing and learn to understand the rules of evidence.

Nick offers dedicated, thorough, and enthusiastic representation for personal injury and Maritime personal injury services.

In his spare time, when he is not cheering on his beloved hometown Ohio sports teams, Nick helps out as a youth basketball coach for the Miami Hustle Youth Basketball Organization. As the son of a public-school special education teacher, Nick has always been passionate about helping those in need and empowered to fight for those who may not be able to fight for themselves, and he brings that same passion and fight every day for his clients.
