Attorney Information

Overview

As a fourth generation Floridian, I was born and raised in Central Florida. I went on to Emory University to receive my Bachelor of Arts in Religion, Philosophy, and Political Science. After Emory, I went on to Stetson University to receive my Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration.

Prior to founding Stuart, Mount, Bleakley, & Boylston, P.A., I was an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida. As an Assistant Public Defender, I tried over 100 misdemeanor and felony trials, from beginning to end, earning a reputation as a successful and tireless advocate for my clients. In addition, I handled over 1,000 criminal cases, with a mindset of "not settling for a plea deal," but rather assuring that each client was represented in the best manner possible; preserving every client's rights in making sure the State of Florida was properly prepared to meet their burden of proof.

Today as the Managing Partner of Stuart, Mount, Bleakley, & Boylston, P.A., I continue to focus on criminal law and personal injury, while also staying active in my hometown Community and being the proud father of Emma Lynn Stuart.
