Steve Renick - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Stephen (Steve) Renick has been practicing law since 1987 with a focus on workers’ compensation. Steve graduated with honors from the University of Miami in 1982 with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He then went on to graduate with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1986, while continuing to work full-time as an International Financial Manager with a major national corporation.

Steve started out practicing workers’ compensation in 1989 and has devoted himself to become a warrior in protecting the rights of the worker. Steve has handled all types of work-related injuries during the past 30 years and has developed a stellar reputation with attorneys and judges throughout the State of Florida for protecting the rights of the workers and making sure that his clients get the benefits to which they are entitled.

Steve was active in Miami-Dade County as a high school Mock Trial Attorney Coach for 23 years, and the teams he has helped coach have won numerous local, state and national awards, including two State of Florida High School Mock Trial Championships. Steve also has served on the Florida Law-Related Education Committee of the Florida Bar, and on the Advisory Board of the Florida High School Mock Trial Championships. He has authored the Middle School Mock Trial case materials in the past and has authored the Florida High School Mock Trial case materials for the past three years.

In addition to practicing law and coaching High School Mock Trial, over the past 20 years, Steve has been an adjunct professor for local and online universities, specializing in a variety of courses for those interested in pursuing careers in law-related fields. Steve is the proud father of three children, David (34), Kevin (31) and Kallie (29), with a grandchild on the way. Steve has been happily married to his wife, Kimberley, for the last 39 years. In his free time, Steve enjoys time with his family, growing orchids and helping mentor the lawyers of tomorrow.
