Throughout her legal career, she has represented clients in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and securities matters, developing a reputation for thoughtful analysis and strategic problem solving in high-stakes disputes.

In addition to her litigation background, Ms. Landy has served as a FINRA arbitrator for more than 15 years, presiding over securities industry disputes and gaining extensive experience evaluating complex financial and regulatory issues. Her work in arbitration has further strengthened her ability to assess cases objectively and guide parties toward fair and practical outcomes.

Ms. Landy also brings substantial business leadership experience to her mediation practice. As the head of a multimillion-dollar company, she gained firsthand insight into the operational, financial, and strategic challenges faced by business leaders. This combination of legal, arbitration, and executive experience enables her to approach mediation with both legal depth and real-world business perspective.
