At Law Office of D. Scott Wesley, PLLC, we help our clients with their legal problems throughout their lives. We assist people in Sarasota, DeSoto and Manatee counties, as well as the surrounding, with many issues, including family law, estate planning and landlord-tenant matters.
Mr. Wesley works closely with clients and personally guides them throughout the legal process. He will create a personalized strategy for your case that efficiently gets you the best possible outcome. His goal is to set you up for long-term success so that you can move your life forward in a positive direction.
Our attorney uses his experience to help clients with many legal problems, including those related to:

In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Wesley is a successful business owner who has sold multiple ventures before attending law school. This experience allows him to assist business owners with their divorce asset division and estate plans.
Mr. Wesley gives back to the community through volunteer legal work. While attending law school, Mr. Wesley interned at the Department of Children's and Family Services in Sarasota and Bradenton and at Legal Aid of Manasota. Legal Aid of Manasota honored Mr. Wesley with the Outstanding Service by a Young Lawyer Award for the time he donated over the years. He continues to volunteer as a legal aid at the Women's Resource Center in Sarasota.
