I highly recommend this Law Office; in fact I have used Mr. Day several times, he has helped my family with reuniting one of my sons with his daughter, which he now has majority timesharing of. He helped another son get 50/50 timesharing. If you need an attorney that listens to you, and has the best supporting staff do not hesitate to contact this office.

Absolute worst attorney office ever. Put a $2500 retainer down on a divorce and the employee Daniel told me that if nothing happened with the case and I decided to back out and they didn't have to do any paperwork that I would be refunded my money. Well that is not the case they gave me half of it back. They didn't have to lift a finger or make a phone call phone call and all that money did was set in his account and collect interest I'm not sure what reason they feel that they are deserved of $1250. If you're looking for a good attorney turn around and run the opposite direction.
