Kenneth G. Oertel founded the law firm and has been practicing law since 1978. He authored a book on the Administrative Procedure Act: Florida Administrative Practice Forms. Segundo J. Fernandez joined the firm in 1983 after serving as assistant and deputy general Counsel with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. M. Christopher Bryant has been with the firm for over 25 years. He has written numerous articles and is a regular lecturer in the field of administrative law. Timothy P. Atkinson has been recognized by the Florida Bar for attaining board certification in state and federal government and administrative practice.
