I have done multiple closings with Brown and Associates as a realtor. They are very professional and great with communication. All my closing have gone smoothly and have closed on time.I have also sent quite a few clients to use them for legal purposes. I would highly recommend using Brown and Associates for any title or law matters.

For unbeknownst reasons Brown and Associates caused multiple delays to my home closing. At the last delay the title agent blamed the lender for not having their portion together. We spoke with the lender who told us they were 100% ready to go and we are not waiting on them. Brown and Associates outright lied! It seems like this company thought no one would follow up on what they said, unfortunately for them my team did. I was told on the following monday that they were waiting on the last title search to come back, after being told no we are all done. The first set of documents for the sale had listed my wife and I separately which would have doubled our work on end of year taxes. Only after me pointing this out was it changed to a single document. In addition, my wife name was spelled wrong on every document. They all had to be corrected and reprinted. On closing day the agent asked me if I had brought a check with me. He did not ask me to bring a check the previous day when I saw him. I offered to write the account numbers down for them but they wouldn’t accept that. They asked me to email it to them, hard pass! How can you tell me you won’t accept my social over email but please send me your bank account info via email? After the documents were signed we were told we would have the procedes in escrow by end of day. It took over 24 hours to receive the funds. All of this happened after Brown and Associates was either not returning or being very slow to return calls and emails to my realtor. Not only did they delay the sale of my house, multiple other closings had to be delayed because of this. Five families were negatively affected through this process. I cannot accept these results! I highly recommend avoiding this company for your property title needs!
