Overview

Seaver P. Brown is a partner of Brown, Huff & Zohar Law and has a wide variety of business and real estate legal experience, including, residential and commercial real estate closings, contract preparation, title examination, issuance of title insurance, financing and re-financing, representation of associations, formation and representation of entities, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and general and limited partnerships, and 1031 exchange transactions.

Seaver regularly represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and development of residential and commercial real estate projects, such as shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, subdivisions, and mixed-use developments. His practice also focuses on the representation of institutional and private lenders, investors and borrowers in connection with all aspects of loan workouts, restructures, real estate-secured and asset-based loans. Seaver also represents all forms of property owners associations such as: homeowners associations, condominium owners associations, and mobile home parks during the formation and continuation of such entities, including the preparation, review and subsequent amendments to the association's declarations and organizational documents.

Seaver is currently an authorized title agent for The Fund, Old Republic Title and North American Title Insurance Company.

Seaver was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. He attended the University of South Carolina where he played football as an offensive lineman under Coach Steve Spurrier. Seaver graduated from USC with a Bachelors of Science in Finance. He attended Florida Costal for Law School where he dual majored earning his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration. Seaver currently lives in the Tampa Bay Area.
