The firm has been around for more than four decades, and our experienced attorneys provide an advocate for those who need it.
We have created a well-rounded team of attorneys at our law office, and that allows us to serve as many clients as possible. As a full-service law firm with attorneys who have spent their careers working in one area, we are confident we can provide the advice, guidance and critical steps necessary to take care of our clients.
As passionate members of the community, attorneys at the law office of Block & Scarpa are actively involved in several organizations. These include the American Cancer Society, the Boys and Girls Club (Broward County, Indian River County, and Orlando), the Education Foundation of Indian River County, the Exchange Club of Indian River County and the Scholarship Foundation of Indian River County. We are passionate about giving back to those who have helped us become successful.
While we offer many types of legal services, our attorneys stay current and up to date with changes to the law and new legal techniques by participating in professional organizations. These include The Florida Bar's Elder Law, Real Property and Probate and Business Law sections, the Indian River County Bar Association and the Indian River County Real Property Council.
