Craig Kelley

Craig Kelley is the managing partner of our law firm. He founded the firm in 2001 with the goal of finding creative solutions to challenging problems. Mr. Kelley has experience handling various complex legal issues, including state court litigation, insolvency and restructuring cases. His practice focuses on representing creditors and other parties in Chapter 11, 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases. He also represents creditors in forbearance agreements, collections, foreclosures and evictions and helps clients with general business law issues.
