Before joining Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath in 1993, Kevin worked for a medical malpractice defense firm. Now working exclusively on the other side of medical malpractice claims, Mr. Smith has assisted hundreds of victims obtain the compensation they deserve for their injuries. Kevin is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization whose membership consists of attorneys who have achieved a verdict or settlement of one million dollars or more.
