In addition, Christian brings a unique perspective into family law and divorce cases with his background as an investigator for the Department of Children and Families.
Tim Nies is a former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger as well as a former insurance defense lawyer. He was injured in the line of duty and understands the long road to recovery our personal injury clients face after they have been injured in accidents. As a former insurance defense lawyer, he knows how insurance companies analyze claims and the strategies they use to defend themselves against lawsuits. During law school, Tim clerked for one of the most well-known family law appellate attorneys in South Florida.
These experiences, combined with our focus on our clients' needs and objectives, allow our attorneys to anticipate potential issues to provide efficient trial solutions.
