Overview

Founded in 2016, Strunin Law, PLLC is committed to shaking off the cumbersome practices of old-fashioned law firms, in favor of modern, client-centered legal services.

We relentlessly focus on achieving every client’s unique goals by checking our ego at the door, listening carefully and thoughtfully, and providing tenacious representation with the minimal possible disruption in our clients’ lives.

Keith is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Keith devotes his practice to representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, as well as estate planning and probate.

Keith’s personal injury practice involves representation of individuals who have been injured due to negligence. Using his years of experience handling these matters exclusively, Keith will relentlessly work to obtain the maximum possible compensation for people who have been injured in serious accidents of all kinds, including motor vehicle and bicycle collisions, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, funeral home & cemetery abuse, and medical malpractice.

Keith’s estate planning practice employs his combination of business and legal training to assist clients with all of their estate planning needs, including the creation of wills and trusts. He also represents clients in probate matters such as the administration of estates and trusts, as well as any contested matters that require litigation.

When viewing a listing, consider the state advertising restrictions to which lawyers and law firms must adhere, as well as our FindLaw.com Legal Directory disclaimer. Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
