Mr. Heath of Duke and Heath law is the best lawyer I've ever hired. He is very affordable and even has payment plans after you pay the first main payment. He is absolutely extraordinary at his job. He went above and beyond and got me way better of a verdict than I could ever ask for. His office always kept me informed on every step of my case and even called and emailed me reminders of when my court dates were. I had a total of 10 felony charges and the district attorney was asking for 20 years prison time. After Mr. Heath took over my case from the court appointed lawyer that I originally had, he got 9 of the 10 charges thrown out. I pled guilty to 1 charge and ended up with 10 years probation. I will forever be in debt to him. I give him an 11 on a scale of 1-10, two thumbs up and an A+++ rating. I will always recommend him to all my family and friends and to anyone looking for a great lawyer. Hopefully, I never need another lawyer in my life but if I do, I know exactly who I am going to call! Mr. Tim Heath Is THE MAN!!!!!

From the moment we spoke to someone about setting up a consultation for a custody modification, to the very end of our case, we felt like family and knew we picked the BEST team. We worked with Des Duke and Tim Heath on our case. Let me tell you, both are bulldogs. They fight for you and for the safety of the children involved. Georgia (paralegal) was our main point of contact throughout everything, she is amazing to work with and calmed every nerve and made sure every question we had was answered quickly. Georgia made sure to keep us informed of any updates, as soon as she had any. Tim worked with us for our final hearing and he spent so much time and energy going over every aspect of our case. He never faltered during the hearing and made sure we understood everything happening. We won our case with what we wanted plus some.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional attorney's office I have ever dealt with. Absolutely horrible customer service from Mr. Heath. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere.

I contacted them, underwent a review, was told that under certain circumstances they would take my case (specific resolution to my injury) when that resolution occurred I contacted them again. They then told me they were too busy to take on the case. When i left a review elsewhere for them, they denied telling me they were too busy, claimed rather it was on the merits of my case. They left me hanging for weeks, and I had to repeatedly contact them for them to say they were not interested in pursuing the case.
