Overview

I am attorney and mediator Lani Skipper and from my law office in Dallas, Georgia, Skipper Law, LLC, I am fully committed to helping you achieve the most favorable outcome for your legal dispute in the most effective way possible.

Registered as a mediator and arbitrator with the state of Georgia, I strive to help my clients resolve their disputes and reach agreements through negotiation and collaboration rather than through expensive and protracted courtroom battles.

Licensed to mediate all types of civil matters, I have achieved unprecedented success helping my clients navigate their complex and challenging legal matters involving any type of civil dispute. In addition, I have served Georgia's Superior Court as a guardian ad litem for more than 20 years so you can rely on me to advocate on behalf of your children for all custody or domestic abuse matters.

I am also the County Attorney for Paulding County and have worked on municipal and local government issues for 20 years.

Ms. Skipper did a fantastic job as the Guardian Ad Litem for our case, she was thorough and in depth and resolved our issues in order for our family to work together. She took the time to make our kids feel comfortable talking to her and really made sure their concerns and desires were heard. Her assistant, Emily, was a true VIP with our case! She spent an incredible amount of time working on our case, relaying all of our concerns promptly for Lani to take into consideration.
