Please if you value your freedom do use this quack!! I am supposedly the victim in my daughters case. She is 19. I thought she took money from my purse but my husband said she could I over reacted and called the cops before my husband told me. My husband and I were working on the house so we both have cute from building a new staircase now they are using body cam footage to charge her with battery. She lied to my daughter saying she already pled guilty not giving her the opportunity to go trail. After reading the reviews she is either a racist and only help’s white clients or lazy and pleads everyone out with deals she make with judges at lunch on your dime!! She is a nightmare hire a goo lawyer if you value your freedom at all!!!

Ms. Levy is the WORSE possible lawyer that you can hire. She’s a plea lawyer who convinces you to cop out to a plea from the prosecutor and convinces you that it’s the “best” deal she can get you. I had a straight up bs case that I’m almost FOR CERTAIN could have been beat. She had ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST in helping me fight the case. Not to mention she used to be a public pretender for Gwinnett County court systems, so it’s almost like she works for the state in a round about way. I sent her articles (please see attached) showing her loopholes in my case. This article literally stated that THC oil can be purchased right now here in GA legally, even though the oil itself is illegal. From there I just asked a few questions, being a concerned client, about my situation. I’ve attached her response to my text messages. She even proceeded to call me and ask me “what is my problem”. I told her that I was just concerned for my well-being and wanted to know her thoughts on possibly turning down the plea that was offered, and going at this case head on. She then stated that I was “annoying” and that she doesn’t understand why I’m not satisfied with the deal offered. I haven’t had a felony on my record since 2009 and all of that was behind me. I didn’t want another felony posted on my background. I tried to explain this to her and was told to take the deal or more then likely I would end up in jail or prison. What lawyer tells their CLIENT that they are annoying for asking a question that concerns their well-being? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It’s sickening how she just took my money and convinced me to roll with what the state was suggesting. Mind you this was THE VERY FIRST PLEA OFFER. No motion to suppress evidence, no nothing. The article that I sent even stated that Delta 9 THC can be purchased here in GA at convenience stores even though illegal. Delta 9 THC is EXACTLY what was found in the cartridge that was confiscated from me after testing. A HUGE break in my case. I should have fired her right then on the spot. Then had the nerve to ask me who is this after I texted her. I’m your client who is paying you. You don’t know my number? DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE HER FOR REPRESENTATION. She is HORRIBLE. Definitely not a trial lawyer. The 5 star reviews that she does have, probably came from people who know NOTHING about the law and she more than likely convinced them that it was “the best deal” she could get them. You’ve been warned by me specifically and I’m a very good person at heart. I just want to save someone from going through the same thing I did. She does not have her client’s best interest at heart. Proceed with caution. You’ve been warned. 🤷🏾‍♂️. I’ll NEVER recommend her to anyone. Now I’m stuck with a whole new felony on my record because of a lawyer that I PAID and she did absolutely NOTHING for me, but take my money and roll with the prosecution’s recommendation. Piss poor representation. That’s exactly what you’ll get with her. All she wants is money and cares less about you. Her and the prosecutor probably had lunch together after my court appearance today. 😫🤦🏽‍♂️

    Recommends this Law firm
Stacy Levy: I hired to tepresent my older brother in 2014. A really bad situation. From the moment I spoke to Ms. Levy on the phone the 1st time, she was strong, assertive, thorough, had already done all her homework and knew all about the details current and past prior to me even speaking with her regarding it. She kept a clear, consistant line of communication open continuously. In court she was even able to make corrections on charges against my brother from a previous attorney. Our outcome was the very best it possibly could have been under the circumstances, and her fee's were fair and reasonable considering the depth of work involved. Highly recommend Ms. Levy.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
