Kavan focuses his practice on Wrongful Death and Personal Injury. This includes automobile and motorcycle crashes, truck wrecks, medical malpractice claims, animal attacks, and premises liability claims. Kavan also represents businesses and individuals in other types of litigation. Kavan handles cases pre-litigation and through litigation and appeals. Prior to the formation of Ehrenclou & Grover LLC in May of 2011, Kavan was a solo practitioner in Lawrenceville, Georgia, maintaining a law firm that he founded in 2005 when he began the practice of law.

Kavan was named by Thomson Reuters® and Atlanta Magazine® to the Georgia Rising Stars list as one of the top up--and--coming attorneys in Georgia for nine years straight, from 2012 through 2020, an honor which is bestowed upon less than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state.
