He began his legal career practicing law in Thomson, Georgia, and in 1994 opened his own law firm, Fowler & Wills, L.L.C., in Thomson with his law partner, Samuel A. Fowler, Jr.

Besides his practice of law, Mr. Wills enjoys sports, spending time with his family and being active in the Community.
