Attorney Gregory K. Markham has been practicing law in Hawaii for over 37 years. After graduating cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Mr. Markham earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 1983. Mr. Markham has been admitted to practice in Hawaii, the U.S. District Court for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Markham is an active member in a number of legal associations, including the Hawaii State Bar Association (President 2015), the American Bar Association, Hawaii Super Lawyers and Outstanding Lawyers in America.
Mr. Markham is a lecturer at Kapiolani Community College in the area of torts, interviewing, negotiation and advocacy and a lecturer at the University of Hawaii, West Oahu in the area of Risk Management and Insurance. Mr. Markham was past President to the Board of the Hawaii Justice Foundation and a commissioner on the Access to Justice Commission. He has significant civil litigation experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including coverage analysis, personal injury, property damage, subrogation, products liability and construction law disputes.
