Goldman & Ehrlich is a Chicago area employment law firm which concentrates on employment litigation and employment discrimination. We represent private employees, Federal, State, County and Municipal employees and small businesses in Chicago, the surrounding counties and southwestern Michigan in actions alleging violations of federal and state laws.We have over 30 years of legal experience representing employees and small business employers in the greater Chicago area and southwest Michigan in Employment Law; wrongful termination, Title VII Discrimination; ADA, Sexual Harassment; Wrongful Discharge; FMLA; Whistleblowing; and Negotiating Employment and Severance Agreements, and non-compete agreements.

We have extensive experience in trial and appellate work in Federal and State court and before Federal and State Administrative Agencies. We regularly practice before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Merit Systems Protection Board, and before local and state civil service commissions.
We are members of the federal court trial bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central and Northern District of Illinois, U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and the United States Court of Federal Claims
