I was scared and worried, not knowing who to turn to for help. With there being so many lawyers out there and all saying they can help and then reading reviews, it was hard....but I'm so very happy I came across Brian. He has been the best. Him or his assistant was always there to answer any questions I had at any time. They kept in contact with me every step and reasured me that they had me and my best interest at heart. I hope I never need a lawyer again for any reason, but if I do, I know I will return to Brian. Thank you guys so very much! I can finally relax and move on with my life.

Brian took care of business I felt the police were definitely stacking extra charges even dui when the situation was not the case. He went every time and didn’t accept less than removing charges that were damaging to me and not true. I recommend him he will go the extra mile

Mr Polinske was very straight forward and showed a excellent knowledge of the process that would be followed in my case. In our first phone call he described in detail how my case would progress and the timeframe he laid out for the case was right on the money. I had tried to contact two other attorneys but never heard from them. Mr Polinske returned my call the same day that I first called. He and his staff remained responsive the entire time until the dismissal of my case. I would not hesitate to call him again if his services were required.
