JOHN F. EARLY received his Bachelor of Arts in 1968 and law degree from the University of Illinois in 1971. He maintains a general practice with emphasis on college and university Law, strict liability, chancery and business litigation, business formation and operating problems, and residential, commercial and investment real estate. John is a former Assistant State's Attorney in Kane County. He served as the Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Kane County Bar Association (1997-2003). He also served in the assembly and committees of the Illinois State Bar Association. He is a member of the Kane County and the Illinois State Bar Associations. He also includes among his clientele, Elgin Community College.
