Lisle Divorce Law Firm
Overview
The first law firm in the Chicagoland area to focus on women's and mothers' rights, the Women's Divorce & Family Law Group is highly attuned to the unique needs and challenges confronting women going through the process of divorce.
With offices in Lisle, Illinois, we strive to provide pragmatic and creative solutions to the often complicated issues facing those undergoing a divorce, while remaining mindful of the stresses this process can impose on your entire family.
A common misconception exists that women have an "advantage" in divorce. This just isn't the case under today's laws. Our team of attorneys brings 25 years of combined experience to their common endeavor to be strong advocates for women and mothers during a critical transition.
Our law firm represents both women and men in matters from divorce, child custody and visitation, modifications and enforcement, prenuptial agreements and complex property division to business valuations. In addition, we offer a unique service called pre-divorce planning to help clients anticipate what will occur if a divorce happens and take steps to insulate them and protect their interests.
We are fair, aggressive when necessary, and most of all, honest and straightforward with all our clients about the entire process.
Attorneys and managing partners Joshua Haid and James Teich have both made frequent appearances in the media to discuss divorce and custody issues. Haid obtained his J.D. from Georgetown University. Teich graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law with honors in 2000. Both are members of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
Our three Chicagoland locations are accessible by trains and buses; evening and weekend appointments are available by arrangement. We speak Russian and Spanish. Call 312-445-8830 to arrange a free consultation.
