Hired Law firm 2020-2021I was fortunate to have found James A. Devine for an attorney to represent me in an employment dismissal claim against a major employer。James was not intimidated to challenge a popular employer after I was unfairly dismissed. I know James to be a hard worker, effective, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He returns emails and phone calls quickly and is always willing to meet when needed. Working in the area of employment law is not as easy as it may appear – especially when you are challenging a large business with the backing of highly paid attorneys, with next to unlimited resources. After a distinguished law career as a U.S. Marine Corps lawyer, an assistant State’s attorney, an assistant state attorney general, and working over twenty years as a civilian in the Pentagon, James decided to continue his career in employment law for employee rights.
