While I was not desiring divorce, my wife chose this option. Terry was very understanding, guiding me with great advice and ensuring I was fully aware of my rights and reasonable actions in relation to my wife’s actions. Her fees were reasonable and I didn’t feel like I was being soaked with attorney fees. I would recommend Terry to anyone needing family law assistance.

There are many reasons for a divorce, ours was very different than others. I had my free 30 minute councel with a couple male attorneys that insisted I go with a male, and made me feel like I was going into war. I then spoke with Terry Fawell, she truly made me feel very comfortable and our 30 minutes went way longer as I had alot of questions related to what I was told by the other potential attorneys; she had no problem with time and made sure I knew ahead of time what to expect. Terry and her support kept me informed thru the proceedings and the end result was as I expected.

Terry and her team were a big help to me. They answered my questions in a timely manner and always got back to me. Highly recommend them. Hope I don't need their services again but if i do i won't hesitate to give them a call.

Overall, my experience with Alex Fawell was terrible for many reasons. Alex Fawell’s ability to communicate is lacking and awful. For example, he did not even notify me of the filing of my civil complaint or in which date to appear. Fundamental of being an attorney and representing someone effectively would be to tell your client what date to appear instead of having to look up on the court website. Also interesting to note, he did not return emails or calls in a timely manner and the emails go to junk mail. Alex Fawell continually ran-up fees by flipflopping on an issue regarding my house. Long story short, he changed his mind three times on whether a quit claim deed was needed. He should have known better and if he’s experienced as he states, he would not have changed his mind so frequently. Alex Fawell did not deliver on several requested docs as promised. I requested on four different occasions both verbal and email to complete these docs, in which he promised to do so but failed. Also, oddly enough In conclusion, if you are seeking absolute frustration and bad communication, then hire Alex Fawell.
