Alex Mosley, in my opinion, is one of the best lawyers in the business. He is up-front, and honest with you! He is willing to go the extra mile in presenting your case in court. The law works both ways, and not always in your favor, Alex will tell you that up front. Give him the facts, let him work out the details, and your chances are much better. Another thing I learned, don't go into court with a lawyer that says they are working for you, just to find out you were being set up to lose! Start out with Alex Mosley as your lawyer, and you can feel confident he wont back down, when he knows the law is on your side! The firm will also work with you as far as their fees. Don't let up front cost worry you, it can cost you a lot more money in the long run, if you chose a low cost lawyer, and need a good Lawyer like Alex to clean up the mess! I can't thank Alex and his team enough for all their hard work! I would, and do recommend the law firm of Dixon and Mosley to my friends and family. "

In family law, we guide spouses, parents and nontraditional families through divorce, custody, paternity and related domestic-relations issues. Appellate practice at Dixon & Moseley, P.C., transforms trial records into persuasive narratives. We approach every brief as a miniature legal treatise, weaving factual recitals with legal analysis to frame a compelling argument.
