I had never been arrested before and was extremely nervous about the criminal justice system and what could possibly happen to me. However, after speaking with Mr. Moore he made me feel at ease with my case. I didn’t realize he had been practicing law for 30 years. He was extremely committed and I highly recommend his services.

I strongly recommend Mr. Dan Moore, setting in court, he was quite the whole time while the prosecutor and police was trying their best to send me to prison. After they got finished, Mr Dan Moore made them look invincible. He went in for the kill to the point even the judge was speechless. Dan sure do know his law, if you hire him, your gonna win your case. There nothing more worth spending your money for an attorney that's gonna earn every penny you paid him. He was even easy to work with on a payment plan. After my case, I felt that he would always be my go to attorney. As long as you go with his plan on your case, you will win I promise that. I've never even seen it coming neither did the judge/prosecutor. Intelligent and very sharp in court. Five Star Attorney All Day if not six stars....

I'm guessing these other reviews were crafted by Dan Moore himself. I had the misfortune of hiring him and he was devastatingly bad. Does not EVER respond to phone calls. Not once. Shows no signs of having worked on my case. No honesty, no facts, just shirking his duty at every step of the way. Really should not be allowed to practice as he will do absolutely nothing to win your case for you. Shockingly bad. Please don't bother to hire him.

If you need a defense attorney, please check this guy out. I found him to be honest, and competent. My case was resolved very favorably, and his prices were made clear up front. Based on the amount I paid Moore & Associates, versus what amount of time, and fines / court fees I was facing, my opinion is that it was well worth the money spent.
