I am attorney Richard A. Carnahan. My Kansas law firm, the Law Office of Richard A. Carnahan, is dedicated to providing clients with efficient and cost-effective representation in a broad range of practice areas. I have been practicing law for the past 22 years, 17 of which have been spent in De Soto.
