Overview
Dominic A. Capano earned his B.A. in Political Science from Miami University in 2016 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2019. Dominic is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Ohio.
Dominic's primary areas of practice include civil litigation primarily focusing on employment litigation. He has helped successfully represent individuals asserting claims of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, age discrimination, disability discrimination, and retaliation. In addition to representing employees with these types of matters, Dominic has experience negotiating severance agreements.
Prior to joining the Gatlin Voekler, PLLC, Dominic attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he served in the position of Intramural Competition Co-Director on the Executive Board of Moot Court. During his time in law school, Dominic participated in fellowships for the Ohio Innocence Project and the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic. In addition, he served as an associate attorney at Bonar, Bucher & Rankin, PSC, where his practice specialized in employment litigation. Dominic currently serves as a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association
