I am BV peer review rated Attorney through Martindale Hubbell, was named Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year by for the Fayette County Bar Association in 2011, have been selected for Super Lawyers’ Kentucky Rising Stars 2013-17, Kentucky Rising Stars 2014 and I have been appointed to the Kentucky Advisory Committee of the United States Commission on Civil Rights (USCCR) in 2019. I have argued cases before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Kentucky Supreme Court, as well as at the trial court level. I have presented on education law issues, and written on attorney-client privilege in patent infringement defense.
