Jay D. Miller represented me in the wrongful death case of my late husband, George Bishop Krabal, who was sent to his death in 1998 at Bethlehem Steel Corporation in Baltimore County, MD. I was depositioned early in the case by Whiting, Taylor and Preston, who Miller hid behind until recent when he switched to Peter Angelos for cover. FACTS you should know: OSHA proved during a 6 1/2 week investigation on the job site, that 99% they killed my husband George. Later, Whiting Taylor and Preston hid that a judge in Maryland proved 100% it was not his fault. That means, it was Bethlehem Steel's fault period. As I neared the settlement conference in 2005, the NSA came after me with DARPA. As I sit here in what's left of my shattered, torn, beaten down life, you need to know that Jay D. Miller made a deal with WT and Preston. I know I witnessed in 2004 Jay D. Miller at a conference table on the 16th floor of their Baltimore City, MD skyscaper. He sold me out into a US Federal CIA DOD weapons testings program. No one would help me -- they we're afraid. I am shot at 247 with low-lying satellites and cellphones, as well as sprayed with biological warfare agents from Ft. Detrick. That say year, Jay D. Miller told me that if I ever pissed him off, every FBI in the country would be my enemy pointing to all of the agents that worked above him in Towson, MD. By 2005, Miller is not showing up to court prep me like he'd promised, instead I caught him at the Ocean City, MD Conference Ctr with Dale Garbutt of Whiting, Taylor and Preston where Miller received an award of the number one position over all attorney's in Maryland. That included students and graduates. Jay D. Miller, and any law firm that's covering for him, is accountable for the horror of justice I was robbed of and the unknown millions as Senator Stone said to me that I was missing zero's -- what in the name of God happened? Maybe Peter Angelos can explain? Would I recommend Jay D. Miller or Peter Angelos, or anyone that works for this firm, or Whiting, Taylor and Preston, the biggest law firm in the US out of D.C.? What do you think? But I've plastered all of you all over the Internet, and I will continue since I know who you work for and its not the American people or the justice system and have made a mockery of my life, and George's... and the Constitution and Bill of Rights... Human Rights be Damned.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
