After being paid $3,000 to draft and file a motion for modification of child support, I chose to fire her because she never produced the draft and of course never filed any motion. She continued to make excuses, showed up at the incorrect location-twice, and purposefully dragged out, what should have been a simple procedure in order to be paid more. Somehow I was still charged over $1,000 for sub-par advice, poor communication, and non-existent execution. Now, that I have hired a real attorney, realized this once they actually broke down the costs upfront for multiple scenarios, I realize just how terrible and inept she is.
