Overview
Seamus is a member of the firm’s Corporate Group where he assists and advises clients regarding a variety of general business and legal issues, including entity formations, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract matters.
Seamus previously served as one of the firm’s Summer Associates. He also served as judicial resident for Magistrate Judge Andrea Johnstone of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and as legal intern for the Manchester, NH Office of the City Solicitor. Prior to law school, Seamus spent three years working in the field of business immigration.
