Ms. Pelagalli focuses her practice on family law. Prior to joining FITCH, Ms. Pelagalli was an associate at a boutique family law firm where she represented clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce and post-divorce matters involving custody, child support, parenting time, alimony, and modification of existing judgments.
While in law school, Ms. Pelagalli was a member of the National Moot Court Team, semi-finalist in the Albers Honors Moot Court Competition, and participant and coach of the BU Law Mock Trial Team. During her law school summers, Ms. Pelagalli was a student attorney with the BU Law Civil Litigation Clinic, through which she represented clients in family, housing, and employment matters. In the Fall of 2020, Ms. Pelagalli participated in an externship with the Middlesex Probate and Family Court and assisted two judges with research and drafting and observed cases and rulings.
