I am a dedicated attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing individual, family, and small business clients facing difficult and overwhelming financial challenges. I began my legal career as a Staff Attorney and then as Special Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston, representing the City in all of its bankruptcy matters. In 2004, I moved my practice to the North Shore in Lynnfield as "of counsel" with the business and general law practice at Riley & Dever, P.C. Prior to that time, I spent 18 years working as a legal associate and law partner in several Boston boutique law firms specializing in business and bankruptcy law, successfully representing numerous individual and business clients in general commercial matters, and representing creditors, debtors and a panel member bankruptcy Trustee in all aspects of business and consumer bankruptcy law.
