Marilyn also researches various topics regarding Medicaid, tax, and estate planning matters.
Marilyn began her career as a Certified Public Accountant and traveled internationally with Coopers & Lybrand. She then focused on taxation for regulated investment companies and, while working full-time, earned her Master of Science in Taxation degree at Northeastern University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School. Marilyn has worked as a Tax Attorney at various international accounting firms and as an Investment Advisor. for Merrill Lynch and Edward Jones to gain a broader understanding of investments, taxes, estate planning, and financial planning strategies. In 2016, Marilyn became licensed as a Certified Financial Planner™ and provides her clients a comprehensive approach to their overall estate planning needs. Marilyn also has experience in estate administration as well as the preparation of various types of tax returns.
