Daniel Seigenberg gained valuable experience and knowledge while working for firms in the Greater Boston Area. Since 1984 he has practiced law at the Law Office of Daniel R. Seigenberg. He is graduate of Boston Latin School, University of Massachusetts at Amherst (BA, magna cum laude, 1976), and Boston University School of Law (J.D. 1979).

In 2004 Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly named Mr. Seigenberg as a “Lawyer of the Year 2004.” Mr. Seigenberg was one of ten lawyers in the Commonwealth to receive this honor.

Also in 2004 Mr. Seigenberg was named a “Top 100 Massachusetts Super Lawyer” in a list published by the Thomson Reuters Rating service in Boston Magazine. Mr. Seigenberg also has been recognized as a "Massachusetts Super Lawyer” for many years since 2004. Only five percent (5%) of Massachusetts lawyers are awarded this Super Lawyer designation. In 2008 he was recognized as one of the “Top Attorneys in New England."

Mr. Seigenberg has tried many cases in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts including District , Superior , Land , and Probate and Family Courts. Mr. Seigenberg is committed, at any level necessary, to provide justice for his clients. Mr. Seigenberg has handled numerous appeals at the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
