I had a somewhat unique situation. My case could have gone either way – lawsuit or negotiated settlement. Ray counseled me on the issues with each. After several days of reflection I realized that I do not have the temperament needed to go through with all of the stress, time & uncertainty of a lawsuit. Ray strategically utilized the leverage of my situation to secure for me things that I would have never achieved without Ray’s knowledge, experience, tactfulness, and quite frankly brilliance.
