Hired Law firm 2018-2022My experience with Mr. Fraser has been positive. His law firm generally responds to emails within a day or two. When I make requests, for example a larger monthly allowance, it's usually granted by the administrative assistant. I don't see Mr. Fraser very often - a representative of his firm stops by the house every few months - but he is a good guardian. He takes care of major issues, and I have found myself becoming more successful and responsible while under the tutelage of his law firm. Thank you, Mr. Fraser!

Hired Law firm 2017-2019Thomas Brennen Fraser is a thief. He HAD custody and conservetorship of our loved one. From the beginning he was not at all what he paints himself to be. He placed our loved one in a sub standard home in a very dangerous area. His wife was good friends with the person who ran the home. After a month, (while we petitioned the Court for Guardianship and Conservetorship) Thomas Brennen Fraser stopped US FROM SEEING OUR Loved one. It was over the Holidays and our loved one wasn't even allowed to take phone calls! Thomas Brennen Fraser did all he could to stop any communication with our loved one. Thomas Brennen Fraser would not answer our questions about what he’s been doing with our loved ones assets. Finally we went back to court and WON! We now have custody and conservetorship! Thomas Brennen Fraser we believe stole from our loved one. When we found he had been FIRED. The judges decided on a sample of 2,278 guardianship and conservatorship cases the team had reviewed. Of the 3 probate attorneys that were fired which included Thomas Brennen Fraser their alleged victims number is in the high thousands of Michigan's most vulnerable senior and developmentally disabled citizens were harmed financially and emotionally by Thomas Brennen Fraser and the others that were fired. We will find Justice because the Attorney General did her job. Thank God Fraser is fired. We will be moving forward to see Justice Prevail as we find out what he STOLE from our loved ones Estate.
