Minneapolis Traffic Violations Law Firm
Overview
At the Delmore Law Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, I vigorously represent my traffic violations clients in Minneapolis and St. Paul and throughout Minnesota. My name is John Delmore, and I have over 20 years of experience representing motorists facing all types of traffic charges, including the following:
- Hit and run
- School bus stop arm
- Reckless driving
- Careless driving
- No insurance
- Driving after revocation
- Driving after suspension
- Driving after cancellation
- Fail to drive with due care
- Texting and driving
- Speeding
- Fail to obey traffic control device
- All other moving violations
I represent ordinary motorists as well as truckers and other CDL holders whose licenses and jobs may be at risk. Many of my CDL clients are from out of state and received a ticket while driving in Minnesota. I am usually able to handle cases without the necessity of an out of state client having to come back to Minnesota for court.
My credentials
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and my law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law, known today as the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. I am licensed to practice in all Minnesota courts and am a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Since my law office is devoted exclusively to traffic law, I am thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of this wide-ranging legal area, including the federal trucking regulations applicable to professional drivers. I know traffic tickets are not just a nuisance; my clients could face serious consequences, including possible jail time and the loss of their driver's license if their traffic tickets are not handled properly and promptly. That is why the Delmore Law Office offers free initial consultations and accepts credit cards.
