Overview

Jerry graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and received his law degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. He spent four years as a litigator for a Chicago law firm. Since returning to Minnesota in 1983, he has practiced in the area of workers' compensation law. Initially, he was a defense lawyer for an insurance company and then switched to representing injured workers. He devotes 100 percent of his practice to plaintiffs' workers' compensation cases. Jerry assists clients from all over the state with the help of a very experienced and knowledgeable staff. When injured workers have questions about their rights or benefits, Jerry has answers. Practicing solely in the area of workers' compensation enables Jerry and his staff to keep on top of the many changes in this complex area of law.
