Sauk Rapids Workers' Compensation Law Firm
Overview
If you call Lindberg McLaughlin, P.C. and can't speak directly to the attorney, you will be assisted by a highly qualified, professional and competent support staff. There is nothing more frustrating than calling the firm you have hired to represent you, and not being able to have your questions answered because your attorney is with a client, on the phone, in court, ect.
We realize that you are most likely going through a very difficult and stressful time in your life. Perhaps the workers' compensation insurance company has denied your claim, and is not paying wage loss benefits while you are unable to work. You are looking at foreclosure on your home or are in the process of being evicted simply because you got hurt on the job through no fault of your own. Maybe you are in pain and can’t get the medical treatment you need. Four support staff with 75 years of combined experience working for Attorney Lindberg in the area of workers' compensation will be ready to assist you.
Because our practice is limited solely to workers' compensation cases, we have a wealth of knowledge and years of experience helping injured workers. We do not handle any other legal matters. There is rarely employee turnover at this firm which means you will be assisted by an individual who has worked for Mr. Lindberg anywhere from 12 years to 29 years. Our staff aims to give each client the personal attention he or she deserves!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
