Prior to joining Messick Law, he represented clients in matters involving business transactions, employment law, commercial leases, product liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, subrogation, property appraisals, construction defects, and residential evictions.

Matt helps clients assess risk, develop practical strategies, and pursue efficient resolutions. His experience includes early case evaluation, legal research and writing, pleadings and motion practice, written discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, pretrial hearings, and fact investigation. Matt has also prepared legal opinions and client reports that evaluate liability, potential exposure, and the strengths and weaknesses of claims and defenses.
