Camdenton Personal Injury Lawyer
Overview
Hello everyone. I was raised in Osage Beach and I am the son of Steven and Paula Brown. I received my primary and secondary education at Camdenton School District where my mother has been a teacher, counselor and administrator for over 30 years. I started working when I was 12 years old with my father's company, Page and Brown Convention Services, which is located in Osage Beach. I played football for the Camdenton Lakers and I was a slot-back and a strong safety. I attended Drury University for college and for law school I attended the University of Tulsa College of Law and the University of Missouri School of Law. On most weekends you will find me in a tree stand or on a bass boat. I have fished in over 200 bass tournaments and I was on Drury University's Bass Fishing Team. I also love to travel and have been fortunate enough to have traveled to 14 countries and 42 states. After all my travels I can honestly say that my favorite place is the Lake of the Ozarks. I feel honored to have the opportunity to serve the people in this community and I look forward to a long and prosperous career in my hometown.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
