James T. Cook has practiced law since 1975 and founded this firm with Gail Berkowitz in 1989. He is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has served as president of the Missouri chapter, as well as member of the national Board of Governors. As past chairman of the Family Law Section of the Missouri Bar, he was instrumental in shaping the development of joint custody in Missouri.
