Overview
Phil is a trial lawyer who defends corporations, individuals, insurance companies, medical facilities, and transportation companies in State and Federal courts throughout Missouri and Kansas. Phil practices in all areas of civil litigation with a focus on consumer protection defense, serious personal injury, and wrongful death. Since graduating from law school, Phil has honed his civil defense litigation skills with one of the largest defense firms in Missouri and a smaller firm that specialized in medical malpractice defense and healthcare law. Phil has first and second chair experience in bench trials, jury trials, and arbitration hearings.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
