Nate Ross is a commercial litigator with over twenty years of experience. Nate’s legal practice is focused on disputes involving real estate, creditor’s rights, construction, general business and commercial matters. Nate has litigated cases in various courts throughout Missouri and Illinois. Nate takes a practical approach to litigation with the bottom line in mind. Nate also advises clients in a wide variety of contract negotiations and contract disputes. Nate’s business background and experience help him assist clients with their legal needs.

Nate is an alumni of Lafayette High School in Wildwood, Missouri, Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri (where he graduated magna cum laude) and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law (where he finished in the top 10% of his class and became a member of the Missouri Chapter of the Order of the Coif and a member of the Order of Barristers). Nate is a member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity, Alpha Chi National Scholarship Honor Society and served as a member of the University of Missouri-Columbia Law Review, the Missouri Journal of Dispute Resolution, the Domestic Violence Clinic, and an Executive Member of the Board of Advocates.
